Medical Aid Application Forms

Application forms for a medical aid can be requested via the following channels: 1) WhatsApp [Click on the WhatsApp icon bottom right of your screen], 2) Email: medies@mooirivier.com, 3) or click on the “Contact Us” link and send us a message. We will forward the necessary documents to you.

POPI Act

The POPI Act sets out the minimum standards regarding accessing and ‘processing’ of any personal information belonging to another. The Act defines ‘processing’ as collecting, receiving, recording, organizing, retrieving, or the use, distribution or sharing of any such information.
